Privacy policy

What we collect

This website collects personal data only when you send the contact form: your name, company, e-mail address, Telegram or Skype contact, the traffic volume or budget you mention, and your message. All fields except name, e-mail and role are optional.

We do not ask for and do not store your IP address or browser details with your message.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not send newsletters and do not sell or give your details to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. It loads no code or fonts from other websites.

Abuse protection

To stop spam, our server counts how many messages arrive from each network address. The address is kept in memory for at most one hour for that count and is not written anywhere.

How long we keep it

We keep your message while we discuss and work with you. Ask us at any time and we will delete it from our database. Copies in our encrypted backups are not edited one by one: they disappear as old backups are replaced, within six weeks.

Where it is stored

In the database on our own servers in France. Encrypted backups of that database are kept with a cloud storage provider; only we hold the key.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to manager@gfybid.com.
